Nylon Mesh Liquid Filter Bag is sewn by high strength nylon braided net car, and it adopts unique edge wrapping technology to prevent the leak of the needle hole to the greatest extent.
The impurities in the filter bigger than its own mesh are directly trapped on the surface of the material, particles with diameters smaller than the number of meshes enter the downstream through the meshes, so the nylon monofilm filter bag realizes the surface filtration. In addition, the smooth surface is also easy to clean, can be used repeatedly.
PP/PE Felt Liquid Filter Bag is designed to withstand higher solid loading, and is suitable for applications using vessel or open filtration systems. Industries that would need liquid filter bags consist of chemical, food, paper, petroleum, adhesives, paints and many others.

Bag Materials:
Nylon Mesh filter bag media is woven from threads made of smaller fibers. Bags made from this material are low cost and disposable. Monofilament Mesh is woven from single-fiber threads. The openings are square and uniform. Bags made from this material have excellent strength.
PP/PE felt filter bag is using 100% synthetic fibers in polypropylene, polyester, Nomix and Taflon. The proper combination of fiber diameters, weights and thicknesses result in an economical depth filter media. To reduce fiber migration, Polypropylene bags are treated with a glazed finish, while Polyester and Nomix bags are singed.
Bag Styles:
① Steel-ring bags (left) have a galvanized steel ring (stainless steel optional) sewn into the top of the bag. They are supplied with sewn seams standard.
② Plastic flange bags (right) have a specially-designed flange sewn to the top of the bag. They are supplied with sewn seams standard (welded collars available upon request).
