We have our own extensive R&D facilities which are supported by a technical partnership with the Industrial University of Harbin for specialist research and analytical requirements. Basefilm: BOPP bruckner 5 layer,8.2m wide BOPP film manufacturing line,modified to produce white caviatated base films in a range of gauges between 28u and 168u,at speeds of up to 420m/min.Two solventless laminators are able to extend the base film gauge range to 350u.
Cast Calendar PP
2 lines,2 layer,1.3m wide,capable of producing white CCPP in a range of guages between 70 and 600u
Top coating
Currently 8 lines:in a range of widths between 1.3m and 2.25m,with single pass and simultaneous 2 side coating capabilities
Metallising
Yuanyuan Group has recently invested in a high specification metalliser in order to capitalize on the growth in applications for this technilogy in both labels and graphics

Founded in 1998,Yuanyuan Group is the first manufacturer who produces inkjet media in China. The factory covers an area of 200,000 square meters and owns 42 advanced production lines and more than 80 slitting machines, annual output is 500,000,000 square meters which equals 35 containers per day, reaching the amount of sales of 600,000,000 dollars eachyear.
We established 1300-square-meter R&D centre and 2 raw-material production places, annual adhesive output is 50,000 tons, annual BOPP output is over 25,000 tons, all our factories have passed ISO9001 2000.
