A:We are a manufactuer, but we have our own independent international sales team. We design, produce and sell all by ourselves.

Q2. Can you make custom printed pouches & rolls in different material combinations? 

A:Yes, we can be able to produce custom printed pouches & rolls to suit your exact requirements. We can print up to 10 colors, the pouches and rolls can be available in different material combinations.

Q3 . What is the MOQ of pouches I can order?

A:For stock pouches, 1000 pcs is the minimum quantity you can order. Normally we need 10000-20000pcs for printed pouch, very small bags will need 50000pcs for a start.

Q4. What are the lead times normally?

A:required by our clients. But in most cases, our lead times is between 7—15 days depends on quantity and payment.

Q5.How much does the shipping cost?

A:The shipping cost will highly depend on the location of delivery as well as the quantity being supplied. We will be able to give you the estimate when you have placed the order.

A:Yes, you can request both our exist samples or custom samples, custom samples may need charges.

Q8.How do you guarantee that my payment is safe?

A:We support escrow payment, placing money in the control of an independent third party in order to protect the buyer. When the buyer verify the transaction has been completed per terms set, the money is released. If at any point there is a dispute between the parties in the transaction, the process moves along to dispute resolution.
