1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company? A:We are a manufacturer with trade over 20 years experience.
2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? A:Our factory is located in ningbo，Zhejiang Province, China, .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q: Can you do OEM? A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
4.Q:How can I get some samples? A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? A:"Quality is priority? We're always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end: 1).All raw material we used are environmental-friendly; 2).Skilful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes; 3).Quality Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
6.Q: What's your lead time for a sample? A: 10-15 days for new samples. (available designs as your drawing or picture)
7.Q: What's your lead time for bulk orders? A: 45-60 days, or discussed.
8.Q: I want to add my own logo. Is it ok? A: Of course it's okay. We offer OEM as well as ODM. It means we will customize as your requested logo, packing, designs, etc.
9.Q: What's the minimum order quantities? A:Normally our MOQ is 1200 pairs per color per size range.or discussed.
10.Q:What are your payment terms? A:T/T,L/C.... or discussed.Q:Are you factory or trade company? A:We are a manufacturer with trade over 20 years experience.
11.Q:Do you provide samples? A:Yes,we are glad to send you samples for material and quality checking.Sample is free with freight collect.
