Honeycomb Aluminum Core Composite Panel
Hongyang Machinery developed the new generation composite panel continuous production line for the composite panel in innovated aluminium honeycomb core instead of normal polyethylene (PE) or mineral-filled core. This new product named aluminium honeycomb composite panel (AHCP) is developed by Hongyang for strict requirements of fire retardancy regulations in architecture products.
Constructed by 100% aluminium structure, This panel is combined with extraordinary noncombustible fireproof performance, lightweight and ease of fabrication of composites makes more flexible for the facade work.
Continuous production line can make the work rate high, also can make sure the product quality very stable, the machine operation only need four persons, and operation easy.
The patent developed composite oven system by Hongyang Machinery, which can make the panel bonding strength and the surface quality perfect.
The honeycomb core has the very good physical properties, but it costs much lower than same thickness honeycomb panel.

Hongyang developed the newly composite oven system for the honeycomb composite panel, which can surely make sure the flatness and the bonding peeling strength of the composite panel.
Stablely Unwinding System
With Hongyang Machinery's double head moveable hydraulic collapsible chunk uncoiler, the aluminum can be stablely unwinding, to make the composite tension very steadily. It can make sure the composite panel surface very flat.
Automatic Electrical Control System
Hongyang's machine all standard use the Schneider brand low voltage components.
The Plc, HMI, all choose the Siemens brand. The Inverter choose the ABB brand.
