Mainly used for 455#to 65# Carbon steel wire rod, it can drawing mentioned wire rod directly without any surface treatment ,certainly Boron carbide coating could be optional. Spiral bevel gear and reduced-speed transmission is adopted, and gear box is equipped with lubricating gear pump to provide effective lubrication for the bearing gear. The sealing structure of the wire drawing can and the water tank is equipped with an umbrella cap, which can effectively prevent the wire drawing powder from entering the return pipe and the water ejection of the wire drawing can. Hopper’s water cooling system functions well and it is convenient to change mould. The water circulation system can effectively dissipate generated heat during drawing, greatly improve the efficiency of production, reduce the loss of die and improve the quality of wire.
