Sludge dewatering machine belt filter press is composed of a gravity dewatering section, a pressing section (several squeeze rollers), and upper and lower filter belts. This is a high-efficiency device, which can make full use of the material's gravity and the effect of repeated pressing rollers to form a shearing effect on the material, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
The material and flocculant are fully mixed and reacted, then flow into the gravity pre-dehydration section, and the material is filtered under the action of gravity. The material advances with the upper and lower filter belts. First enter the "wedge" press section, the material is dewatered under slight pressure; second, enter the "S" press area, the material is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter belts, and repeatedly pressed by several different caliber rollers to dewater the material. The dehydrated filter cake is removed with a scraper, the upper and lower filter cloths are moved forward and cleaned, and then re-entered the next work cycle.

Bearing
Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy.
The filter cloth correction device is composed of a correction airbag and a correction mechanical valve. When the deviation of the filter cloth hits the mechanical valve, the corresponding airbag expands, causing the correction roller to swing forward or backward, so as to achieve the purpose of correction.
Filter cloth can be customized according to the characteristics of the slurry. Material is divided into PP, PET and so on. The weaving process is divided into monofilament, multifilament and non-woven fabric.
