Introduction of the bottom of the container house
Frame made of Q345 steel board, seamless bended, seamless welded, surface galvanized. Painted with anticorrosive paints, laying materials: laminate board, PVC board, blockboard, cement fiber board etc.
Introduction of the Wall System
Consists of 0.42mm colored steel sheets on both sides or one 0.42 colored sheet and one 0.42mm stainless sheet, integrated with EPS\\ROCK WOOL etc. The thickness of the external wall is 75mm, and the internal wall is 50mm. The density of the EPS is 12kg\\m³, the density of the rock wool is 100kg\\m³. And the color of the wall is as per the clients’ demands.

1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Shandong UPS Housing Project Co., Ltd. is a factory located in Weifang City, Shandong province.
2. What's your supply capacity?
Cement panel 5500 m2 per day, which is around 15 units house (say 100 m2 house) per day.
3. When you can deliver the house?
After we got your deposit, it will take around 10 days for small order if we have the raw material in storage. It will take around 15-20 days if there is no raw material in storage. It also depends on the order quantity. If your order is urgent, I can confirm for you with our factory and try to shorten the production time.
4. How can I get the quotation of the project ?
If you have your own drawing, we can offer you our quotation according to your drawing.
5.What’s your Payment term?
Telegraphic Transfer;
100% LC at sight (total payment over 100,000 USD)
6.How to deal with the foundation?/ Do I need build a foundation?
You can build the strip foundation with size of 250 mm*200 mm(H*W) for one floor house. Or build a foundation according to the traditional way.
Also the floor foundation is a choice.
7. How to install /assemble the house?
Usually it is very easy and fast to assemble the house and there we will supply you the detailed assembling video and drawing with panel number.
