Introduction

This product model is the protection board solution specifically designed for 10-15 series battery packs; it can meet the customer needs of lithium iron phosphate, ternary and other lithium batteries.

The protection board has a compact structure and is easy to install. It uses power MOS instead of the relay function, which has a longer switch life, and comes with functions such as temperature, over voltage, and short circuit protection. It has higher safety and stability.

The protection board has a strong load capacity, and the continuous current can reach 50A.

The protection supports can and 485 communication (optional) interface, and supports the host computer to monitor the voltage, current, temperature and working state of each series in real time.

Intelligent balance processing of the cell, and the balance current can be flexibly adjusted through peripheral devices

Safety guide:

 

1,The protection board is installed and fixed inside the battery pack. It should be ensured that there is a gap of more than 5mm between the board and the casing or the battery, or insulation materials such as insulation boards are used for insulation;

2,All signal connectors of the connector have positive and negative foolproof processing.When installing, the connector should be mated according to the instruction diagram and the matching direction of the connector. It is not allowed to use hard force to insert when it is impossible to plug or unplug, which may cause short circuit, fire, or risk of burning out the protection board;

3,Please do not use the battery aging cabinet to measure voltage of the battery pack when conducting the charging and discharging test on the battery pack with the protection board installed, otherwise it may damage the protection board and the battery.

4,This protection board does not have 0V battery charging function. Once the battery has 0V condition, the battery performance will be seriously degraded and the battery may even be damaged. In order not to damage the battery, users need to charge it regularly during long-term (more than 3 months storage) use; And after using the battery, it needs to be charged in time within 12 hours to prevent the battery from discharging to 0V due to self-power consumption.The battery housing must have a clear sign of the user regularly maintaining the battery.

5,This protective board must not be used in medical treatment and products that may affect personal safety.
