- Maintenance
1. The oil used in this machine must be strictly filtered before being filled into the oil tank, and its oil level cannot be lower than the oil indication.
2. The oil tank is cleaned and replaced with new oil once a year. The first oil change time should not exceed six months. The oil can be re-filtered and used again.
3. It is recommended to use N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low condensation hydraulic oil.
4. Check the pressure gauge every six months.
5. When the machine is stopped for a long time, wipe the exposed processing surfaces clean and apply anti-rust oil. - Safe operating procedures
1. Those who do not understand the structure performance and operating procedures of the machine should not start the machine without authorization.
2. If you find that the machine has a serious oil leak or an abnormal phenomenon (unreliable movement, loud noise, vibration, etc.), stop the machine immediately to check and analyze the cause, and remove the fault to prevent the machine from running sick. Otherwise, the consequences are at your own risk.
3. During the work of the machine, it is not allowed to overhaul or adjust the mold.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use overload and partial load.
5. It is strictly forbidden to use the cylinder over-travel and over-pressure.
