Electric vehicle DC/DC converter of Anhui Hong Tron:
Introduction
The power supply is applied to HEV, PHEV and EV electric vehicles. By receiving the control signal of the vehicle controller, the adjustable output from the high voltage system to the low voltage 12-16v can be realized, which can meet the charging demand and load demand of the later stage vehicle battery, and can realize its own state feedback and load state feedback.
Working performance:
1) Operating voltage range:
240VDC-400VDC;minimum voltage of full power output bus: 290V. Rated voltage: 305V.
2) Low voltage power supply range
In the low-voltage power supply range of 9VDC ~ 16VDC, it should work normally; in the range of 6.5VDC ~ 9VDC, it should be able to maintain the normal can communication.
3) Cooling condition
Liquid cooling, cooling liquid: ethylene glycol diluted with water, volume ratio 45% to 55%; cooling temperature ≮70 ° C, rate of flow 8L / min ~ 12L / min.
4) Rated power
DC / DC rated output power: ≥1300W.
5) Input Current
When DC / DC is turned on, the input impulse current at the minimum working voltage is ≤15A, and the adjustment time is ≤50ms.
6) Output current
Within the output voltage range, the maximum continuous non-fault output current is ≥95A.
7) Output voltage
When the input voltage is 240VDC to 400VDC, the output voltage range is 10.5VDC to 15.5VDC, which can be adjusted by instructions; the typical output voltage is 14.5VDC.
8) Output voltage ripple

1. Temperature
Working environment temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ (cooling liquid outlet temperature ≤ 70 ℃).
Storage environment temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃. The storage environment shall be in a warehouse without exposure to the sun, rain and corrosive gas.
2. Humidity
Working relative humidity: ≤ 96%. When the external surface temperature is lower than the dew point and there is condensation phenomenon, it can work normally;
Storage relative humidity: ≤ 96%.
