HUAYI HYZ-550B Polymer insulator making machine, is advance model for making polymer insulators with solid silicone rubber material.
Machine Features:
1. More even clamping force
Double clamping cylinders provide more even clamping force distribution than single cylinder. one-piece struture clamping platen and pistons set platen, sturdy and durable. According to our experience, 500 ton single cylinder machine only can support max.1700 mm length platen, otherwise the flash on two ends of the polymer insulators rubber mold will be more than 0.2 mm thicker flashy.
2. Super lower working height
Moveable clamping pads of polymer insulators making machines moves in when mold clamp; and move out while mold open. Working height is 890mm
3. Suitable for long rod polymer insulators in multi molding steps
550 ton with heating platen size 630x2000mm, more wider application on long rod insulators with multi-molding steps. Make up the shortcut of single cylinder 500ton injection machine and price is more competitive than single cylinder 650 ton machine which have similar heating platen size. For example: with 630x2100 mm heating platen size, India 220kv suspension insulators can be produced in one shot, two cavities. In the may of 2019, we got the patents from National Patents Application Center.

Our Services
Regarding to our overseas after sales, our initial policy is as below:
1, Most importance, the machine must have full quality checking and automatic running 500 shots before delivery, make sure no quality problem left to customer plant.
2, We have after sales engineers can speak English, no barriers for technical problem communication;
3, Machines will equip with remote support module, if machines got problem, our engineer can see the PLC pages and analyze some electrical and hydraulic problems;
4, International main electrical and hydraulic parts, easily to get in the local market, like Siemen PLC support serve global market;
5, Build Wechat communication group with sales, engineers and your maintenance team if possible, easy for sending pictures, vidoes and feedback after sales problems;
6, Every year, engineers will visit factory 1 or 2 times to communicate with your maintenance team, hear their voice to make improvements on machine operations or quality control;
7, When the machine sales number is going big, our engineers could not cover all, then local service engineer will be hired , right now we set up service office in India.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer since 2001.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 90 days, after your place the order, we will review the production line as our real production plan,
If the goods are in stock, max one month for delivery the machines.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge if customer provides molds and rubber and materials, but samples delivery cost is on the acount of the buyer.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. We accept TT, LC at sight.
Q: If i purchased the machines from you, the machines got problems, how to do?
Firstly, get connection with sales, tell us the machine series no. on machine namecard, discrible what happened on the machines, by sending pictures or vidoes for better understanding.( If we have service people or representive in your countries, you also contact them)

If program problem, we will use remote support service to update the program, no need to send engineers
If problems are serious, could not solve by online support, we will send engineer to your plant for checking and recovery the machine.
