Basic Technology:
1.Raw materials: Airlaid paper, nonwoven fabric, SAP
2.Brief process: Airlaid/Nonwoven + SAP + hotmelt adhesive + airthrough nonwoven + hotmelt adhesive+SAP + airlaid paper/Nonwoven→Laminating→Dust/Metal detection (customer optional)→Slitting and winding
Indroduction:
1. The maichine adopts modular construction design, PLC program control, integrated HMI; Full line is drive by servos, gravimetric SAP dosing unit by Mitsubishi servo control, percision metrological materials spreading amount with accuracy in +/-3%.
2. Three sections unwinding mechanism, non-stop materials auto splicing, reduce the waste of material and waiting time. Pattern mechanism for splicing airlaid paper and fluffy air through n.w., assure the strength of joints and the length of materials.
3. Full automatic rewinding mechanism has auto roll changing function and multi combination alloy knives, it online slots products with order wheel widths.
4. Electric lift rack helps quickly moving the raw materials on the shafts, more effective and low down workers’ working intensity.
5. The fluffy n.w feed from the backside, which increases the SAP feeding weight accuracy.
