Building a house like building blocks, connection between columns and beams are by bolts and screws, connection between the pillars and the wall panels can be achieved by pressing in the slot on the support without need of any bolt, rivet or glue.
Modular Wall System
100 mm thickness aluminum alloy as face boards, high density polyurethane as core material brings excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation, the external face board is painted with anti-UV fluorocarbon which guarantees longer service life and no maintenance for at least ten years, various of finish colors options. Male and female slot makes the connection with steel structure like building blocks. For a better warmth effect, we implant carbon fiber heating system into the wall panel for cold region. Thermal Conductivity is ≤0.024 W/(M.K), thermal resistance is R≥0.417(㎡·K/M), fireproof level: B1.

A:The price range is around USD 400-700/㎡ depends on the design requirements, which includes steel structure, wall, roo, floor, windows, doors, lights, washroom etc. Yes, we accept custom design , and for all the houses we comply with fixed structure which means the steel, wall panel, roof panel and floor panel are fixed materials as the description above, we don't accept the material changes on these, but you can add the decoration boards as you want.

A: Container house is not our product range, we produce high quality prefab house with excellent insulation, the lifespan is 50 years, our design can reach up 4 star standard. Most of our customers are developers in tourism industry, they have high requirements on quality, production period, installation period as well as the insulation. We develop some house models which look similar to containers, please contact us for details if you are interested.

A: It is around 20-30 days ，4-6 experienced workers can install 100 ㎡ within 14 days.
Q: Do you have installation team to come abroad? what costs me from purchase to living in?
A: We have professional teams in domestic market, but usually we arrange our technicians abroad instead of workers, because the cost for workers will be around two or three times more. The budget to build a house might include the following details:
