prepare the material→aluminum plate processing→bendingA→crushing→bonding→sticking a doublesided tap →welding →leakage test→parceling capillary→bendingB →shaping→keeping pressure→inspection→ packing

1-Prepare aluminum sheet, heat the sheet, and stick on the hot melt film
2-Cut the size, shear the angle,punch the holes
3-Prepare the aluminum or copper tube, cut into the required length, into circles
4-Shape tube into required pattern
5-Flatten the tube
6-Welding
7-Combine aluminum tube or copper tube with aluminum plate through heating
8-Put on double sticky tape
