1.What is the MOQ for RTS?
MOQ- Minimum Order Quantity. Our MOQ is 1 piece that can be drop shipped to you directly. 
2.Is the MOQ must be 100 pieces for ODM/OEM?
In general, the MOQ needs to be over 100 pcs. However, a trial order is available for you to check our quality.

3.Can I negotiate a price?
Yes, the price is negotiable to a certain extend. Even though our prices are already quite reasonable for the quality of our garments, larger order in volume would give you better price break. Type of the fabric used may also impact your price per unit.
4.Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we do. 
5.Do you create custom designs?
Yes, we do. We have a team of professional designers that can assist you in creating custom designs.
6.Why are your prices higher than of the same or similar garment from another vendor?
The unit price per item is based on the quality of the fabric and materials used, craftsmanship, quantity ordered etc. So for the similar item, the prices might be quite different.
7.What's your lead time?
Lead time for an order over 100 pieces is about 10 -25 working days post payment. However, we can accommodate shorter lead time in certain cases, if necessary, after sample has been confirmed and payment submitted. Our sample lead time is 3-5 business days.
