For sample order, we mainly take 5-7days for one or more samples. Our goal is to dispatch your order upon receipt of payment or the next business days at the latest. During high-volume sale periods, it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch your order. For formal orders, that depends on the quantity, and the deposit, it may commence from the date of receipt of deposit.
Q2: What is your way of the shipping? Keeping things simple, we ship small quantity using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc and the deliveries will usually take a few days. For order more than $5000.00 we will advise shipping by sea. It will take days about within one month.
Q3: Is it possible that i place an order less than the MOQ? Yes, is possible.Please send us your enquiry with you order quantity.The price of the small quantity order is higher because of the LCL charge.The more you ordered the better price you get.
Q4: How to place an order, and how to proceed? Contact us to confirm your design/ products. Negotiation for order confirmation and contacts. Product sample confirmed. Deposit confirmed. Production begin and reported regularly. Balance payment confirmed. Products loaded and shipped to your country/port.
