1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are both a shoe factory and a trading company. We have been a shoe factory for eight years and have two years of trade experience. It has in-depth cooperation with many trading companies in eight factories in Quanzhou, China.

2. Can you do the design for us?

Yes, we have professional design & technic team with rich experience in development, we have done oem orders for our customers with their specific requirements.

3. Do you offer free samples?

We'll offer free samples for you, while, you need to pay for it first, once your order is confirmed, we will refund your sample charge.
For the products we have stock, samples can be sent in 5 days.
For custom design, sample will be done within 15 work days.

4.  How about your company's quality control?

We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end.We also accept a third-party company designated by you to fully check your orders.

5.What is your MOQ of the products?

For what we have in stock, MOQ is 1 pair, and for customized design, normal MOQ is 200 pairs per color.

6. What about the lead time for bulk production?

Honestly, it will depend on the style and order quantity, while, normally, the lead time of MOQ orders will be 45 days after the payment.
