A:Tell us your detail requirements of Warehouse sell 2ton electric pallet mover lift (Load Capacity? Lifting height etc.) by email or on Trademanager or Skype ,We will send you our offer in 24 hours. If ok, please send us your purchase order, or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order.

2. What's your Price Terms?
A: We offer FOB ,FCA, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDU price terms.

A: Yes.

4. Can i place mix order?For example, i need 1 pc Electric Stacker and 1 pc Hand Pallet Truck,can this ok?
A: Yes, of course. You can mix different models as you wish.

5. Can you send the machine to my factory in other city to load the container?
A: Yes, please tell us the detail address, we can arrange to send your factory in time.

6. Are the forklift trucks covered by a warranty?
A: Yes. All our machines carry a full 1 year major parts warranty.

7. Can i get discounts?
A: Yes, For big order, old customer and frequent customers, we give reasonable discounts.

A: We accept Western Union (for parts order, order value less than $1500); T/T(bank transfer,order value at least $1500); L/C (Irrevocable LC at sight, order value at least $10000 )

10. How long could i get my order?
A: Mainly depend on the order quantity
1) Stock products: deliver within 24 hours.
2) If don't have items in stock, then 
produce 1 pc, delivery time is 7days;
produce 2~5 pcs, delivery time is 15 days;
produce 6~12 pcs, delivery time is 25 days.

11. Can you add our own logo on the products or use our designs?
A: Yes,of course you can add logo on our products! We provide OEM/ODM service.In addition, we promise your design would protect by law, we won't tell anyone else about this. It's your own copyright.
