What is Liquid Nitrogen Freezer?
- A kind of blast or shock freezers that uses liquid nitrogen (a colorless,odorless,non-toxic,non-flammable,non-corrosive inert gas,after gasification,the temperature can reach -196℃ quickly) as the cryogen to freeze large quantities of goods.Why use a liquid nitrogen freezer?
- Since the liquid nitrogen can quickly reach extremely low temperature,it can help the products reach a frozen state in a matter of minutes to crystallize the cellular structure perfectly.
