Cup design Workflow:
1.Inquiry---Identify the specific products that you are interested in personalizing for your business2.Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.
3.Artwork submitting---Provide your logo, design, slogan, etc. All artwork must be submitted in a vector format. This is either an EPS, PSD, AI or an editable PDF file. The files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi. If the art is not in a vector format, we cannot use it. Moreover, if you do not have any concrete design ideas yet. Our in-house graphic design team can help you come up with an attractive design.
4.Confirm--- Review and confirm the e-proof of the artwork for your custom print.
5.Payment terms---Western Union, T/T, L/C
6.Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1 months after the payment ofmouldfee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount.
7.Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 3 days after themouldis ready.
8.Production---Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.
9.Shipping---By sea, air or courier.

Answer:We are factory.We are specialized in manufacturing and supplying disposable paper products for 19 years.
2.How long is your delievery time?
Answer:Our normal turnaround time for printed standard product is 2-4 weeks from the date the order is placed.
However, if an order takes longer than 3 days for approval or during times with a heavier workload, this time can be extended.
If your order is time sensitive, check with us to ensure prompt delivery.
3.Do you supply samples?is it free or extra?
Answer:Yes,we can provide the free sample,but the shipping coat paid is appreciated.
4.Do your company accept the logo design or custom?
Answer:Yes, customized logo is acceptable
5.What is your minimum orders?
Answer:100,000 pcs for single items50,000 pcs for multiple itemsWe suggest that our clients import a full 20'GP container one time
( mixed items), more cost-effective.
