 1.What's your MOQ? Can you accept small orders?

- For JSDUN  branded watches, we accept order like 1 pcs. You can mix order by  different models in different colors.(each item each color not less than 1 pcs) Support dropshipping for clients .

- For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different  models.Generally, each model each color not less than 50 pcs .

2. What’s the delivery time?

- For JSDUN  branded watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3 - 5 days 
after the order is confirmed and payment is done.

- For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. 
Generally, the lead time is around 15 to 30 days.

3.Do you accept payment by PayPal?

- Yes. For small amount, we can accept payments by PayPal, Western Union or  Secure Payment( Escrow)

4. What’s your payment terms?

- For JSDUN branded watches in stock, generally our buyers will arrange full  payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days. - For OEM order with custom logo, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance  before delivery.

5.How about shipping methods?

- If you have courier in China, goods can be sent your courier after payment. 
- If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost 
for you after your final order is confirmed.

6. How about your products quality? 

- All JSDUN branded watches are water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.

All JSDUN branded quartz watches are assembled with high quality battery, the lift time lasts  at least 1 year. 

- For OEM items, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements.  It can be complied with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.

7. Can I get samples before ordering?
