Ribbed pattern chevron endless V conveyor rubber belt 

Rubber ribbed V pattern chevron conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height(depth)may be different because of different conveyored material and gradient of conveyor. We have different pattern shapes, such as "U" pattern, "V" pattern, "Y" pattern and so on. We can also order other patterns for customer as well.

 

It can conveyor powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no more than 40°c. It can also conveyor packaged materials. It has a slope between 0-45 degree angle which can prevent materials feom gliding and incerease the transmission capacity of the belt.

Features of Chevron Patterned conveyor belt are:

• Can carry loose materials at angle of 17-18 and bagged material at 30-35


• Cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return idlers


• Cleats and the top cover rubber are mono block molding for strength


• v-shape chevron patterned conveyor belt are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.


• Application: There are open type and closed type, suitable for bulk or bagged materials such as powder and granule with incline less than 45 C.
