SENSORY: Firm when tested with finger pressure, not soft or spongy; free from foreign tastes or odors’ no 'off’ or foreign
Odors or tastes.
SHAPE: Approximately round to oblong. Non-badly deformed from standard.
SIZE: Weight range 60 – 400g with 40% in range 90 – 350g
