2.Are there any requirements for the use of both sides of the filter membrane?
There is no requirement for water-based membrane; the support layer needs to be facing down when PTFE membrane is used

3.What is the difference between hydrophilic PTFE membrane and hydrophobic PTFE?
Both can be used for the filtration of organic solvent medium samples (including strong acids, strong bases) and organic solvents without leaching. The hydrophilic PTFE overcomes the surface tension of the hydrophobic PTFE membrane, and it can filter the aqueous solution faster and with less obstacles, and does not require pre-impregnation with ethanol.

4.Adsorption of filter membranes for the dissolution of oral solid dosage forms?
NY (Nylon filters can cause severe adsorption of active ingredients in oral formulations)

5.Adsorption of pigment by filter membrane?
Nylon and polyethersulfone filters adsorb water-soluble pigments
