 1.  What is your estimate delivery time?
      It usually takes about 45days to produce one order, but it could take about up to 3 months depend on kind of item and quantity.

2.    What is your MOQ and reel length per reel?

      The reel length has to be more than 300 meters for one reel, and total amount of order has to be more than USD3,000.

3.  How do you control quality of products? 

    Our products are certificated by ISO9001 which is international quality certificate, and also we have our own laboratory for

    testing of product such as tensile strength, breaking load, and coating weight etc.  Our customers in the world are satisfied with        our quality since 1991.

4.  How can I get a sample?

   We will support samples for free, but charge you the cost of delivery fee.

5.  How do I pay?

      We accept 30% TT as deposit, the balance to be paid upon shipping documents.

6.  How do I receive the goods?

    We recommend you FOB, CFR, CIF incoterms2010, but our professional transport agents will support your delivery requirement       including door-to-door service.
