ZYTEST-- Water Purification System
ZYTEST Water Purification System for Hospital Test is usually used for rountine chemical laboratory analysis instruments especially biochemical analyzer. The equipment with simple and generous appearance can easily produce water grade II (0.1-1 us/cm ultra-pure water) and water grade III (2-10 us/cm pure water for glass ware washing) which meets standard ASTM, CAP, NCCLS, GB and T6682-2008.

Technical Support
Working Process of Water Purification System
1. Source water pretreatment system: PP fiber filter + AC filter + G-PHOS
(1) PP cotton: efficiently filtrate silt, rust, algo, colliod, suspended matter and other inpurities whose diameter is over than 5 um in the water.
(2) AC filter: adsorb residual chlorine, pigment, off-flavor and parts of organic matters.
(3) G-PHOS: remove Ca2+ and Mg2+ to prevent scale.
2. Reverse osmosis system: It has high removal rate more than 99% for high valent ions, colloids, bacteria, organic matter, endotoxin, etc.
3. Ultra pure system: Ion exchange resin using H + exchange cation out the water in the filter ,using OH- exchange anions out the water , the replaced H + and OH- combined to produce H2O, ultra-purified column filling the United States Dow UPW-450 Ultra-pure water for nuclear grade resin, the water resistance of up to 10 MΩ.cm.
4. UV sterilizer: to disinfect the product ultrapure water.
