Q:  Is this a factory or a trading company?
    HAD is a factory with an independent sales team. And we also have branch offices in Brazil and New Zealand.
Q:  Can I get some samples to check the quality? 
    We provide free quality sample, but not the freight. For customized samples, we charge the sample fee. But it will be refunded after you place an order.
Q:  When is the delivery?
    Sample lead time will be 3-7days. The bulk production will be 30-60 days after confirming the order and we receiving the bargain money. 
Q:  What's the MOQ?
    For printing socks and ready goods, no MOQ; for customized socks, 500 pairs per size per color.
Q:  Could you help with developing new products?
    Of course we'd love to! We provide both OEM and ODM service.
