Product Description
Flushing fluid truck is truck-mounted environmental friendly water treatment device for injection well circulating flushing and re-injection which is designed and developed for oilfield injection well flushing fluid treatment, has the function of circulating flushing with pressure and online backwash. Convenient operation, superior performance. The product can be used to purify the returned fluid of the water injection well when operate flushing. After removing the suspended mix, oil and other pollutants, re-inject the fluid to well, and carry out the closed-loop washing well.
The pressure relief system is adopted to reduce the wellhead returned fluid pressure, so can reach flushing with pressure.
The filter adopts PLC control system and can be used to backwash the filter online.
Dissolved air system of the oil removal process is applied, it is different from traditional air flotation process, operation control is simple, stable and high separation efficiency, treatment effect is good, oil removal rate can reach above 95%.
