1.Washing peeling machine

It adopts the principle of emery abrasive and is of easy operation,high output,clean peeling,the surface of the 

product is very smooth after peeling.It is made of fully stainless stell and is durable in use.It is widely used in 

washing peeling of potato,sweet potato,taro,kiwi and other root vegetable and fruit.

2.Cutting machine

This machine is of easy operation,high output and cut into slice,stick and strip shape,The thickness is adjustable

,the cut final product is smooth,equally and no damage.It is applied potato,sweet potato,taro,radish,carrot,must

ard,eggplant and other root vegetable.

3.Blanching machine

Made of stainless steel material, has automatic temperature controller, double insulation material.Electric 

heating blanching machine is made of stainless steel. The temperature can be controlled freely. It is used for 

the removing the surface starch, coloring of the potato chips and inhibit the activity of amylase of the potato 

chips. In this step, the recipe for blanching will be added.

4.Dewatering machine  

Removing the material surface water based on the centrifuge principle.This machine equips with a quake proof device,it will reduce the vibration caused by off center of materials.Electromagnetic brake improves working 

efficiency.Digital automatic control device is made of stainless steel,which meets the hygienic requirements.It is 

the necessary equipment for the dehydration of fruits and vegetables after washing,pulping and separating of 

egg white and yolk.

5. Frying machine
