1. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Yes. We offer you free samples as your requirement. If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by you.
If you have UPS , DHL or Fedex account, please send us information.
If you want to place kilo order, please contact us, we will offer you a best price!

2. Q: How long to make fabric color lab dip?
You can choose colors from PANTONE color guide, or send us your physical color card, after we receive it with in 4-5 days we can send you lab dip by express.
 
3. Q: How about the payment terms?
A: Usually, we accept 30% T/T as a deposit, and balance 70% against the copy of B/L.

4. Q: How long to deliver the products?
A: After we confirm the order, usually, small quantity order would be delivered around 15-25 days, and HQ order around 25-40 days , If the item which you choose we have ready gray fabric, then we can deliver around 7-15 days.

5.Q: May I have a trail order?
A: For sure! Trail order is necessary for new customers. MOQ is 500-1000 M per color.

6. Q: May I place a custom order?
A: Yes, of course. We have a strong R&D team that we’d love to help our customers to develop new items.
After we receive your physical sample, we will make a counter sample for you to comfirm before you place the order, it would come out some charges for making a counter sample, but it worth to do it!!!
