Introduction
The Double Planetary Mixer includes two blades that rotate on their own axes, while they orbit the mix vessel on a common axis. The blades continuously advance along the periphery of the vessel, removing material from the vessel wall and transporting it to the interior. After one revolution the blades have passed through the entire vessel, after three revolutions most materials have been mixed and after only 36 revolutions, the blades have contacted virtually the entire batch. The Double Planetary Mixer is great for paste materials up to 8 million cps. It is also used for tablet granulations, drying, and dry powder blends of friable-shear sensitive materials. Several agitator blade choices are available including the rectangular and high viscosity designs.

The Max. dispersion rotation speed can be up to 1500rpm, it can rapidly disperse the powder in the liquid evenly; Due to its high shear forces, the material will be uniformly dispersed and formed a good suspension effect. Safe and convenient operation
Adopt hydraulic cylinder as lifting actuator. Control the hydraulic up, stop, down through the oil pump, easy operation and stable. The dispersing disc is fixed to the main shaft with Hexagon socket-head cap screws, which can be disassembled and exchanged quickly, easy to clean. Different dispersing discs can be exchanged accordingly to production process to obtain dispersing result. Different clamping types(Belt Clamping, Manual Rotation Clamping, Pneumatic Clamping) are optional to fix the tanks properly to prevent from accident due to the tank displacement during operation.
Various installation ways
With compact structure, the machine can be floor type and platform type. Tank working with the mixer can be removable or fixed type.
Customized options
Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, closed type, multi-tanks type, with lifting cover type, co-axial type/dual-shaft type, mounted on kettle type, etc.. Material can be customized to be SS304 \\SS321 \\SS316L.
Working Principle
The mixer is equipped with low-speed stirring components and high-speed dispersing components. The low-speed stirring components are driven by planetary gears. The stirring paddles also rotate during revolutions to move the material up and down and around it, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect in a short time.
The high-speed dispersing component revolves with the planet carrier and rotates at a high speed at the same time, so that the materials are subjected to strong shear and dispersion mixing, and the effect is several times that of the ordinary mixer. The dispersing parts are divided into single dispersing shaft and double dispersing shaft. Customers can choose according to their needs.
Two double-frame agitators can revolve and rotate at the same time in the barrel, which can realize evacuation, heating, and cooling, and can adjust the speed according to the situation. Equipped with multiple mixing buckets, it can be operated by one machine and multiple buckets. The matching press makes the discharge more convenient.
