Q2: How long is your delivery time?

A: For 1st order, it is 35-45 days. For Repeat order, it is 25-35 days.

Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we provide samples by 1.5 times of unit price. And, this sample fee will be rebate to you during 1st mass production order.

Q4: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment, or 100% LC at sight.

Q5:Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

A:Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want to print your logo on our products and packing for free.

Q6: Can you do SKD or CKD?

A: Yes, we can. We have been in cooperation with SKD/CKD customers from Vietnam, Pakistan, India, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey. The SKD/CKD format is customized.
