Product Description
Natamycin is milky or almost white crystal powder, it is a kind of tasteless, ordourless, safe food preservative. It can functions with only very few. Natamycin is a kind of fermentation product by Streptomyces natae. When it is used to process dough, it can apparently delay its expiry date. However natamycin will not inhibit bacteria, so it will not affect yogurt, cheese, uncooked ham, dry sausage procession.
