The molecular formula of Citric Acid Monohydrate is C6H8O7·H2O, it is mainly used in food and beverage industries as acidulant, flavor seasoning and preservative, fresh keeping agent. In general, Citric Acid Monohydrate is stored under the condition of low temperature, ventilation, cool and dried environment, away from light.
