The head.

The heel.
The heel in the construction is made by cold stamping, which strengthens the part (withstands a load of 5.8 tons). The heel has the shape of a pyramid, which centers the structure well.
Racks.
For the manufacture of racks, a single square profile pipe, 70x70x3 mm, was used, which made it possible to lighten the product without losing strength.
Covering the base of the pallet.
The cover of the base of the pallet consists of three identical sheets with gaps, which does not allow moisture to accumulate, and is well ventilated.
Painting.
For painting our structures, we use powder paint on metal, this type of paint has a high strength and resistance to mechanical stress, corrosion and temperature changes.
