Q1. Can I order a sample of the strip light for testing?

A:  We sincerely accept any sample order for testing. Mixed samples are welcome. Please do not hesitate to contact us for details for sample orders.

Q2. What is the lead time for an order?

A: 3-7days for arranging a regular order like 50,000meters.

Q3.What is the MOQ for the order?

A:  We do not require any minimum order quantity for a regular order, however, customized order requires certain quantity depending on the complexity of the order.

Q4. How do you arrange the delivery and how long would it take to arrive?

A: We currently cooperate with  DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS or TNT. It takes around 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are available as well.

Q5. Is it OK to arrange an order with a customized order with my logo on the led light?

A: Yes. We accept any customized order with your logo on the strips as long as it is legal.

Q6:Do you offer any warranty for the strip lights?

A: Yes, as long as the problem falls within the 2year warranty period, we will replace it for you with your next order at your convenience. However, our defective rate is within 0.1%, please do not worry for the quality.
