0.3-0.5% of the amount of flour used low sugar yeast,
0.8-1.2% of the amount of flour used high sugar yeast
Usage
Mix this baking powder directly with dry ingredients and then add water and stir well;

Application
Low sugar yeast: Suitable for bread making with no sugar or low sugar in recipe (sugar content in flour dough: 0-7%).
High sugar yeast:Suitable for bread making with more sugar in recipe (sugar content in flour dough:above 7%).
Notice
Avoid directly mixing the yeast with oil, salt and ice; add oil only after all the other ingredients added and mixed even. Adjust the dough's temperature between 26-28 °C.
