Function
CNC Bending Machines are widely used in the bending of various metal profiles such as aluminum doors and windows, automobile industry, aerospace, high-speed rail, wind power generation, ships, buildings, bridges, machinery, etc.
Features
In the processing of special-shaped arcs, multiple radii can be bent at one time (multi-curvature), effectively improving processing efficiency and saving labor.
The standard arc can be processed at one time, with high efficiency. It can also be molded multiple times according to the actual situation, thus ensuring the appearance and quality of the finished product.
The self-developed servo-hydraulic system is adopted to make the positioning error of the working shaft not more than 0.1mm under the working condition of the maximum pressure of 30 tons.
Accurate radius (R) control can easily complete continuous machining of multi-segment arcs and complex arcs.
The machine adopts a double-drive grating ruler and is equipped with an anti-interference module, with high precision of repeated arcs.
The X-axis is controlled by a directly connected motor: high positioning accuracy, constant torque, and no fluctuations due to speed changes.
