        reliable components (eg. Germany EGO Energy Control Switch, EGO

        Thermostat and EGO Infrared Heating Stove).

5. Q: What is your Certificate and Test Report?

    A: Most Products passed the following certification and test:

        America: cTUVus (equivalent to UL);

        EU: CE-LVD, CE-EMC, RoHS.

6. Q: What is your MOQ?

    A: 1. If you purchase our current model, we will try our best to meet your ideal

            demands.

        2. If you purchase the customized model, general ways as follows:

            Glass Products: MOQ is 50-200

            It is completely decided by the glass MOQ, becaue we use Germany SCHOTT             

            glass, SCHOTT has the MOQ regulations.

           Stainless Steel Products: MOQ is 100-200

           It is mainly decided by the MOQ regulations of stainless steel material.

7. Q: What is your Terms of Payment?

    A: 1. A sample or small order (eg. 1-10 units): Pay TT 100% in advance.

            You can choose pay on line, eg. pay in credit card, then we can receive the

            payment in 2 hours.

        2. A big order: Pay TT 30% in advance, balance before shipment.

        3. LC at sight is available.

8. Q: What is your Logistics?

    A: According to customers' actual demands, we can help them choose the best

        way they need.

       1. By Express: FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, SF and etc.

       2. By Sea

       Loading Port: Ningbo is the nearest. Shanghai is OK.

9. Q: What is your Delivery Time?

    A: 1. If it is Ready-to-Ship model, we will dispatch it in 1-15 days after receipt of

            100% payment.

        2. If it is customized model, 35-50 days according to quantity and product

            category after confirming order and receipt of 30% deposit.

        3. As for special conditions, all is decided by actual state.

10. Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?

      A: Yes, we can.

          But we have certain quantity demands, and different products have different

          demands, please contact Jasmine Zhang to discuss the details.

11. Q: Can you send a sample?

      A: Because our products are not low-value, generally speaking, you should buy

          it and pay the freight.
