2. The low-power spindle motor (small fixture) should use small-handle tool (3.175 mm, 4.0 mm). The cutting speed should not be too fast, and the minimum resistance should be maintained in high-speed milling. High-power motors can use large-shank cutters. Improve the speed of engraving.

3. The choice of the length of the ordinary engraving tool should be 2-3MM on the thickness of the machined sheet to the actual tool length. Cutting acrylic motor speed is 18000-24000 rpm, and the cutter blade length is too long to be used to process harder materials.
