Hook type Q48 head rail shot blast cleaning machine for steel castings parts
Chain shot blasting machine is a new type of equipment independently developed by our company. It is a non-standard product specially designed by our company for your company. It has the following advantages:
The adoption of four internationally advanced cantilevered shot blasters with large shot blasting volume and high shooting speed can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency and obtain satisfactory cleaning quality.
The simulated shot blasting drawing (including the determination of shot blaster model, number and space layout position) is drawn in three dimensions by CAD, and the selection and layout of shot blaster is more reasonable. The utility rate and labor productivity of the projectile are increased, the cleaning effect is ensured, and the abrasion of the chamber guard plate is reduced. The equipment design is completely completed by CAD.
The separator adopts the be type full curtain separator technology of American panbon company, with good separation effect.
The bullet circulation system of the whole equipment adopts automatic detection device. When a part is not running smoothly or stuck, it can automatically alarm and inform the fault part, so that the maintenance personnel can maintain it pertinently.
Work piece cleaning: move the work piece suspension to the center of the cleaning room through the hook to stop, and clean it while turning, with high degree of automation, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.

Direction for use
The q48 catenary step shot blasting machine is used to clean the sand sticking, rust and oxide skin of brake drum and wheel hub.
