Machine main introduction

UV coating machines which used for laser print, ink print, Art paper and stick paper ,after coating the oil on the surface , the photos will be water proof, 

moisture-proof, durable, ultraviolet-proof .The pictures can be coated many times and wont be damaged. The UV liquid would stick on the surface of the pictures and it is hard to separate 

after solidifies under ultraviolet rays. There are two results to coating pictures. One is called light which shows bright and clear images. 

Another one is called matte which shows elegant. These two results of coating are now very popular for photo print, typing, portraits, spurts draws,

 book covers, Spring Festival pictures, calendars, cards, product samples and boxes.

Cost analysis: 

The thickness of the UV liquid can be adjusted during coating. 

Normally the UV liquid is 3-5g/m2 and it can be diluted by alcohol. One kilogram of UV liquid can coat an area of 300 m2 pictures, which means that the actual cost is 0.3 RMB/m2

to 0.5 RMB / m2.  The prime cost for cold lamination is 7.5RMB/m2; the prime film cost for inkjet printer machine is 3-5 RMB/m2. Hence buying a UV coating machine is a machine that earns money.
