Product Description
1.Feeding Unit:
1.The lead edge feeder reduces the paperboard plug a lot.
2.The fan helps for feeding paper, ensure the curved feeding, the air volume can be adjusted according to the paper size, make sure the pull of vacuum for paper, improve the feeding precision.
3.The side wallboard is electrical adjusting, the front and back are manual adjusting.
4.The feeding wheel is made of polyurethane, with big friction and long service life.
5.It is used for three,five layer corrugated board, include B type paperboard.
6 The feeding counter,set and show the produce number.

2.Printing Unit：
1.The printing roller surface is hard chromium plating and polished, make it work stable.
2.The uniforming roller is coated with abrasive rubber, the mid-high is parabola type for compensating the forced deformation, improve the ink transmission. The rubber is Nitrile rubber, hardness above 60 degrees, good effect for supplying ink after special polished. The rubber roller is driven by motor when the machine stop, machine stop and continuous supplying ink, auto uniform ink.
3.The anilox roller is from famous domestic brand,the rollers are made by mature technology, the cylinder is less 0.016mm,radial circle run out is less than 0.1mm, with 25 times the magnifier for the overlapping curve, margin, and the micro hardness of HV900- 1050. So it is good at store,uniforming and transmission ink, it is the best choice for printer. (The anilox roller mesh is depends on customer)

3.Slotting Unit：
1.Pressing line wheel
1 Adopt seamless steel tube, after two times grinding machining, surface of the roller is chromed, move steadily.
2 The pressing line wheel gap adopts manual adjustment, the adjusting range is 0-11mm.
2.The slotting knife lateral shift adjustment structure
1 Adopt seamless steel tube, after two times grinding machining, surface of the roller is chromed, move steadily.
2 The width of slotting knife is 7.0mm.
3 The slotting knife adopt alloy steel. It also has gone through heat treatment and grinding, the knife sharp is saw tooth. Both the rigidity and toughness are very good.
4 The repair edge knife adopt alloy steel and has gone through heat treatment and grinding, the knife is sharp and high precise.
5 The slotting knife seat gap adopts manual adjustment, the adjusting range is 0-11mm.
6 Two slotting knives adopt manual synchronous adjustment. (the box height)
