Q.1 What are the payment terms?
The payment terms we accepted: Western Union, Cash, T/T(30% payment in advance as deposit,70% balance payment should be paid before shipment.)

Q.4 What is the guarantee policy?Quality guarantee time?
The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage is artificial, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you(unless some problemed parts need no return). Out of the guaranteed period, should the parts required to be repaired or replaced, if any, service and parts will be charged.
Q.5 What is the cost of machine-installation, debugging, and training?
In the Chinese market: our company bears all the costs of installation, crew-training, and debugging.
In the overseas market: foreign customers can come to our Company for training studying, we provide free board and lodging. and training arrangement; Another way is that our company dispatches a technical engineer to the customer location for installation and training as required by the buyer. The technical engineer's expenses are to be borne by the Customer party. The machine installation will be completed within 3-5 days for the users.
