according to your design.
Q2. Can you make the color of the plush toy as we need?
Yes, You can appoint the color you need for the toy. Give the PMS color number to us. If the quantity you need is small, we can
find the similar material as you need. If the quantity is big, we can customize the fabric as the Pantone color you need.
Q3. How about the logo?
We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirement.
Q4. Can you help for design?
Yes, We have our own designer, you can give your logo and idea to us, we can provide the design work.
Q5. How can I get the sample?
After approved the design, material and printing or embroidery, You pay the sample cost, we will make the sample for you, give the
photos of the sample once we finish it, if you feel ok, we will send the sample to you.
Q6. How can I control the quality of the goods?
We have strict quality control in production process.
You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our company to inspect the goods after the mass production has been
finished.
Q7. How about the shipping?
You can use your own forwarder to ship the goods. We will deliver the goods to your forwarder's wearhouse.
We also have good cooperated forwarder, if you are not convenient at this part, we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for
you.
