Q 1: How can I get a quote? and is there MOQ request?
1.1 If you have box at your hand, it is better to send a piece to us to make the best price. if you don't have, then please tell us the size, color and Qty you need, then we can quote you accordingly.
1.2 Normal MOQ 500pcs to start, we accept small Qty for trail order, but price is higher.
Q2: Can I get free sample?
We can provide our in stock box for quality checking, and it is free of charge.
But if you need your own custom sample, then there is sample cost, and we can reduce the cost in bulk order. And custom sample time is 5-7 days
Q3: Can you do design for me?
We have an in- house designer to do simple design and adjust artwork for printing, but if you need special and complex design, then we sugges to hire a online-designer at your country , it will be more easy for you to communicate with him as no time different, no language different. etc
Q4: What's your production time?
7-15 days after payment and artwork are confirmed but it is subjected to order quantity and season
Q5: What's your payment term?
We accept payment by T/T, Western Union ; and 30% deposit before production and 70% balcne before shipment
Q6: How to control your quality?
We have QC supervising during production. 100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging.
Of course, you can arrange a third party to come and check quality before delivery.
