Description

The DG series degasser is a degassing device designed for high performance liquid
chromatography.
During high-performance liquid chromatography, especially in multi-gradient elution, the
gas dissolved in the mobile phase solvent escapes as bubbles during mixing, which not only
affects the separation efficiency of the column, but also affects the detector baseline stability,
reduces sensitivity, and even prevents the high performance liquid chromatography system
from working. Oxygen dissolved in the mobile phase may also chemically react with the mobile
phase, stationary phase, or samples. Deoxygenation of the mobile phase is especially
important during fluorescence or polarography.
DG series degasser is highly efficient, easy to operate, safe and reliable with the use of
flammable and volatile solvents. It does not affect solvent concentration, causes no pollution
to the environment and is capable of on-line degassing during analysis. It is the ideal
companion equipment for phase chromatography analytical instruments.
DG series degasser is also widely used in deoxidation treatment in the fields of
bioengineering, medical and health, food research, antisepsis and preservation.

The vacuum pump of the DG55 is housed within the degassing chamber and is selfcontrolled.
The instrument panel has an intuitive liquid crystal digital display, and the vacuum
density is stable.
