Application for Induction melting Furnace:
Induction heater is mainly used to melt precious metal, such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, nickel, tin, brass, alloy, titanium, alloy cast iron and a variety of non-ferrous metals, and steel etc.
1. For the small amount of melting, a crucible is enough. For the large amount of melting, a titling furnace will be more convenient for you to pour the solution.
2. The melting time is about 20-30min for hot furnace and 40-50min for cold furnace.
3. Precious metal melting, like gold, sliver, platinum, etc.
4. Semiconductor material melting
5. Specialized steel, iron, copper melting
6. Metal alloy melting, like aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper alloy, etc.
7. Sponge iron,glass

Two Kinds of melting furnace are available for you to choose according
to your application
1. For small melting amount(0.5-5kgs), crucible with power supply machine is enough.
2. For large amount melting, tilting /Sationary furnace system is convenient to pour the metal liquid.

Features of middle frequency melting furnace :

1,The melting furnace is mainly used for melting of steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver and other materials.

2, The melting furnace has good electromagnetic stirring, which is conducive to melting metal temperature and uniform structure, is conducive to dross, reduce impurities ;

3,wide frequency range, from 1 khz to 20 khz, can consider melting, electromagnetic stirring, heating efficiency, working noise and other factors such as design induction ring and matching compensation capacitance, determine the size of output frequency ;

4,Compared to SCR intermediate frequency, the induction melting furnace energy saving at least 20%;

5,The furnace is small in size, light in weight and has a wide range of options ranging from a few to several hundred kilograms. It is suitable for both factory production and small smelting in schools and research institutes.

Warranty

Our machine warranty is 12 months, Our machines are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship a year from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.

Replacement will be shipped to you after photo or other evidence are provided and investigated.

Free service will not be provided if: It has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tamped with or alerted or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of us. It has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident. It has become malfunction as caused by power interruption or abnormal voltage input or natural calamities. Damage of using it beyond the product is applicable. If the products can not work normally after you receive, please contact us directly.
