WNS series ultra-low nitrogen fully condensed steam/hot water boiler

1.Principle

Through the heat exchange between low temperature water and flue gas, the temperature of flue gas is reduced to the temperature at which vapor in the flue gas condenses into liquid water. The principle of utilizing the latent heat of gasification released during the condensation of vapor, the higher the condensation rate, the higher the corresponding boiler efficiency.

1.Principle

According to the requirements of customers in different industries, we provide customers with solutions that are safe, reliable, energy-saving (heat efficiency up to 95%) and low nitrogen <30mg/Nm3. It mainly uses the ultra-low nitrogen combustion device and the reuse of the waste heat flue gas to control the flue gas in the furnace to a reasonable temperature range to meet the emission requirements.

1.Principle

It adopts double-cylinder structure and full membrane wall design. The high-temperature flue gas is surrounded by the sealed membrane wall. It overcomes the defects that the conventional boiler is not completely sealed and leaks smoke, ensuring the efficiency and safe operation of the boiler.
